VISION

   The AAP shall be the best aeronautical institution by providing quality aviation education for the Bicol Region and the neighboring provinces in Southern Luzon. Likewise, it aims to offer assistance to its graduates to embark successfully in its field of specialization (aircraft maintenance, avionics, tourism and pilot training) in the aviation industry through its linkags in the civil and military aviation, travel agencies and transportation offices.
