ORIENTATION AND REGISTRATION

   All students shall agree, accept and comply to all the existing rules, regulations, policies and requirements covering his/her school duties and campus activities, and this is further discussed during the Orientation seminar. It is usually done on the first week of the school year. Consequently, registration of the enrolled subjects and issunce of class cards by the Registrar to the students. Class cards shall be submitted to the teacher/instructors on the first day of class where he/she is enrolled.

TUITION PAYMENT

   Tuition fees are computed on semestral basis, and must be paid in full whether the students continues his studies or not during the semester except when he/she officially drops his/her subjects within the first two (2) weeks of classes.

   Tuition fees are payable upon registration. Payment by installment may be arranged.

STUDENT SERVICES

   The comprehensive student services program that the school implements is designed for the development of the full potentials of the student. This program is effectively provided and managed by specific personnel assigned to the different related services.

Dental and Medical Services

   The dental and medical service provides emergency first aid and routine medication with the assisting physician and dentist.

Advisory Committee

   Composed of Department Heads and the Registrar, this committee assists the students with problems affecting their ability to complete their course. They encourage students to seek additional advice from faculty or staff as the need arises. Finally, they allow the students to have opportunity to discuss matters affecting their respective courses.

Career Development

   The advisory committee is dedicated in assisting students and soon-to-be graduates in job-seeking and job-keeping skills.
  • Learn how to meet their employers expectations;

  • How to prepare and present themselves in an interview;

  • How to locate employment opportunities, that is, information regarding hiring ends, potential employer's name and addresses;

  • Recommend job-searching techniques;

  • Inform potential employers of qualified graduates;

  • Presentation of on-couples presentation and interviews by employers.

   Placement success is greatly influenced by the student's academic performance, attendance record and overall attitude.

Placement Assistance

   Students nearing graduation are informed of employment opportunities with various companies.

   OJT Placement Coordinator supports the students placement for their On-The-Job Training in their field of specialization.


Library Services

   The library serves as an information resource center for students in their instructional and research programs and projects.
