REQUIREMENTS
- A High School graduate.
- Original Form 138 (Report Card).
- Certification from the Principal/Registrar as member of the upper 50% of the graduating class.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Principal/Guidance Counselor.
- Passed the College Admission Test (CAT).
- Two (2) copies 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 ID pictures (with blue background) and one long size brown envelope.
